BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A portion of the Brainerd Community, which is bounded generally by Chickamauga Creek on the east, South Terrace Road on the south, Missionary Ridge on the west and Rodgers Road and Midland Pike on the north. from R-2 Residential Zone and R-3 Residential Zone to R-1 Residential Zone and from C-5 Neighborhood Commercial Zone to 0-1 Office Zone, as shown on the map attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
